How? We map your columns onto the system, gather similar names, and catch duplicates before anything is saved. What is unclear waits for your review — we do not guess.

Mina edited offline on a visit; Marina edited from the church. Instead of one copy wiping the other, you see both — field by field.

A servant sees their class. Abouna sees the church.
Permission is set on the class itself, and the server checks it on every push — not only the screen. No one can edit a servant ranked above them.
“If granted” means the church gives that servant the capability on one specific class.

Questions we hear.
Who can see family records?
Family records, pastoral visits and notes are for the priest. A servant only sees the classes they are assigned to and the people in them.
Who sees the reports?
Reports are for clergy only, and the church admin sees the whole church. Servants do not get reports.
How do we move our current data?
Send us the Excel files you have, and we import them: we match columns, similar names, and catch duplicates before saving. Free on every plan.
