What is ChurchPro?
A church management platform that brings families and areas, services and classes, attendance, and pastoral visits into one system — with a mobile app for servants that works offline and syncs later.
Who is ChurchPro designed for?
Priests, servants, heads of service and church administration. Church members will benefit through the public church page, which is in development for the next stage.
Can priests and servants have different permissions?
Yes. Every user has a role in the church, plus capabilities defined per class — such as taking attendance, managing enrolments, or assigning servants. A servant sees only the classes they are assigned to.
Can church members view schedules without logging in?
That is exactly the purpose of the public church page, which is still in development. Today ChurchPro is used by registered users inside the church.
Does every church get its own website?
That is the plan for the next stage: a public page for each church on its own subdomain. The feature has not launched yet.
Is ChurchPro available in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is the platform's primary language and its interfaces are designed right-to-left from the ground up, with English supported as well.
Can multiple churches use ChurchPro independently?
Yes. The platform is multi-church by design, and each church has its own code and its own space.
How is our church's information separated?
Every record in the system belongs to a specific church, and every request is checked against the user's church — so a user in one church cannot reach another church's data.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. The servants' app works offline and keeps what you record, then syncs it with the server once the connection returns.
